You don't need a Restorer because of the UK Restore national bonus. All a Restorer
provides is additional Soft Defense, which is capped at 900, and UK ships can hit that cap
in the 70's or so, after which point a Restorer simply becomes dead weight.

don't know why the guide isn't stickied anymore. I found it very helpful. I was looking

Please tell me where I can find Lukas' guide. Why there is no need for restorer? I
have already 1 restorer now together with 1 engineer and 1 repairer. I'm going for
the County.

In absence of Lukas crew setup guide:
Seaman: none
Restorer: none
Repairer: 3, might do 4 if you aren't going above 100 vets and want some better
repair rate at lower lvl.
Engineer: 5+
Scout: 1, a 2nd if you want to be self reliant with scouting ( or for 1 v 1).
Optional: 2 extra reload gunners for AA.
