cant redeem event coins

I have 18 coins.
I select 'gift' (pbb for 14 coins) ''item is already selected I then select my
server 'bismark'.
I geta small window that says "please select server/gift correctly".
I double checked and tried several times to be sure
can you help?

Did you tell it which one to give you? You can't redeem unless you put that in too.
