It would be different if the game didn't crash out on you during the 4th of a 5 round game and your pretty much wasted over and hour of YOUR time. Or, now we have a barrel full of Gold Bars that have NO practical experience. But, now the noob Gold Bars can do Block Shots with a Brooklyn. SEEM FAIR. I didn't think so....

Best way to get more exp out of ConOp:

1. host games with many rounds
2. host games with long round time
3. stack the game in your favor with good runners
4. repeat 1-3 for maximal speed-lvling result

My best is a 26K (on a DD with a 40lvl BO so I got small penalty i think) so you understand 5K isnt too much, but of course is much more than normal battle.
