I dont mean to disagree with you Kwijibo, but your info doesn't help out very much.
You put too many personal opinions into it.... Just what I think.

Go to my topic "GERMANY STARTER GUIDE" in the Tips & Tactics section.

It should help answer many questions you have.

first, KM is not for noob. Grind is too much, because KM has some ships only. It's the
mostest sucky nation because TNF don't really know what balance means.

Strenght:
Speed (except when you are on BB)
range (except when you are on BB)
i heard that germen CV are good except the first one.
best gunner stats (no need to choose speciality between ACC and Rel.
KM has the hall of fame of DD with a alien ship called Z99. With this ship, you can level
up to lvl 60 without problem, very fast and under 800 games played.

Weaknesses:
armor is unless (paper armor)
BB German < BB (BB are inferiour)
Gun dommage is crap. You do 300 dommages per shell, you friend do 1000 dommages per shell
on you, with the same equivalent gun.
Never blockshoot (except if you gunners (12/12 with over 150 veterans) are at lvl 85 and
higher and using a inferiour guns like 5.9" or 6.75").
don't expect to try a new ship on every each 7 lvl. i am lvl at 60, i am using z99,
because Dland and Hipper, p1 are crap.

As you know, Navyfield is realistic (accurate with history) as same as Return to Castle
Wolfenstein.

gl with Km, but i don't recommand it if it's for using only z99.
