Shoot him with big guns at point blank range. Take a tiny DDX and go around big ships, and sit on top of cv, and fire.No one will shoot you/ bomb you because they would kill their own cv. Its ez to get around the lines if you dont draw attention to yourself. Just be overly cautious and go all the way to the west or east wall, and cut back toward the center.
