Z99 or Tsukikei! What is best?

Erec	Many ppl talk about the Z99 and how good it is, but for all I have experienced, I think the Tsukikei is a bit better! Both of them is a DD and I have seen the Tsukikei beat the Z99 a lot of times:) I don't say that the Z99 is not good at all, but I think that the Tsukikei would beat it easily, esspecially on low distance!!

enwhyoo	Gold bars in Z99s can blockshot from max range...so they have range and dmg superiority over Tsukikeis. A gold Tsukikei cannot even fit his BO and two Gunners and cannot shoot as far. So he loses in a battle.

Erec	It is good to have torps, but with Tsukikei's 5 canons, it kills every Z99, not on long distance, but short,!! This is because the Tsukikei shoots 2 more shells if it has Twin Canons!!

Pupy	Even though Tsukikei has 5 cannons while Z99 only has 4, a Z99 with high level CL-cannon(is it 6.75"?) can still deal more dmg than Tsukikei. Besides, Z99 has two extra torp launcher to play with ... Conclusion: Tsukikei is very good, but Z99 is better.
