Cant lvl up on the next ship?

cpt_hemroid	What do I need to do or have for the next ship? right now I have a Kagero darn good ship my BO is lvl 22 in options it is saying i am able to get the fubiki but it isnt letting me pick it . Without selling anything I have over 60k in credits? my 4 gunners are lvl 21 and up to 23 so whats wrong with this? HELP pleaseeeee

maitreakow	You chose the IJN Gun-line branch, you can now NO LONGER chose any ships on the TW path with the same BO. BTW just wait for the Aki remodel, it was one of the best DDs before the Z99 and DDX were spawned in whatever test tube it was.

cpt_hemroid	Yeah mixmkz I did select that one but sold it back because it sucked . . So I have to wait until i get past that LvL of ships in order to ever but a bigger one?

maitreakow	If you have gunners then I would not go the TW route, heck I just would not go the TW route at all... Best bet is to go Guns, it will get you to CV or BB and when you get to BB you will have SOME idea of how to use guns.
