Like the others have said..don't bother with a seaman....

You will need that space for another repair/restore...
I would suggest making 2 Restore 2 repair..however by the time you get an ise they still
won't be worth much since only really high level IJN support is worth anything.

I got a level 62 seaman and he is worthless.


I'd advise you to not go IJN at all. Leave before you are utterly disapointed. (this
comingfrom a level 69 IJN player..)

My suggestions: Dont bother with IJN Seaman. He is even worst than our armor. For
support look for +12 guys. For example Repairer +12rep/+11 rest. Right sailors are
hard to find but searching is worth of it. Assuming that you pass many lvls till CAs and
BBs it will payoff well. If your support suffering from low exp/vets MW them.

And the most important: dont rush to convert exp to vets. Dont do this too often
unless you have to spend dozens hours MWing.

I recommend 2 restorers, 4-5 repairers, 1 enginner. But if you going for CV, you need
space for pilots...
