What are the best stats on a seamen?

MinusII	Like if im making a seamen which stats do i want high? (potentiality, accuracy etc. etc.) or does it even matter? Thanks.

archer	Yep, an extra restorer or repairman will do you TONS more good than a seaman.

ypsylon	Dont! DO NOT waste time for IJN Seaman! Its absolutely worthless. Even IJN armor is worth more. Its a waste of support slot on ship. Better put another repairer or restorer. Beware of IJN Seaman! :) If UK Seaman is something worth @ 65 then what is worth IJN? Game have only 120 lvls, perhaps @ 250 IJN S will do something....

sparky1978	Repair/restore, accuracy/reload these r probably most important especially the 1st 2. Dont forget a seaman doesnt really show much effect unitl say lvl65+ & thats with UK not too sure about japs.
