cptddb	I read on a site that you need Specialized sailors to do things as the Brits what do they mean?

acgdickie	i disagree i think all nations are the same u need specialised for all nations to get best performace but you cannot always use specalised sailors.

Frostyeel	Your gunners need to either specialize at either reloading or accuracy. Other nation's gunners do both equally well.
