Restorer might feel nice at lower level. After BB4 lvl they are a dead weight. The rest of
your crew does its sole main job, so its left givin only a small bit of rep rate to the
ship. Much rather havin an actual rep or another engy that gives the exact small bit of
rep rate with more OH, no?

Yet even an "elite crew" on KM, which is nice but also suck for the fact the restore
ability is low on all sailors, at lvl 42 of my support on the nelson server (BVE true) I
have 300 SD on with 5 of them. whole crew prolly already stand near 500 SD.
