Yeah, the general crew growths tabulated on nf-guides.com are incorrect for some sailors.


From looking at several IJN AA gunners that people have 'told' me were classed on time, it
looks like the crew growth rates are:

AA Gunner = 6
DP Gunner = 7
Chief DP Gunner = 7

He already checked trainworld and nf-guides, however, some details about crew
growth are incorrect. Such as KM tier 3 gunners( Chief Rapid Fire) has only a growth
of +6 sailor for every level.

On topic, last time I play on my friend's account and leveled his Last Tier AA gunner,
the growth is +7.
For lower tier, I don't have any information.
