Actually, nagato at lower level used to be fail. I dont know with the slight accuracy buff it supposed to have gotten from the BB34AA patch, but it used to have such a fail spread at level. I stored my naggy till lvl 90 of my gunners (they were ahead of the BO) because I was pissed at it when I missed a L2 at max range due to my shell falling everywhere around it, safe on its deck.
I used the fuso for most of the grind, actually being one of the few who prefered keeping the 14" the 16D in my mind weren't worth the spread and range trade-off for raw firepower. often the spread didnt allow me to take full advantage of it anyway, also makes you lose a knot on your base speed.
If you never played the IJN line before tough, I heavily suggest you make a few games with the AA in B65 before hitting the yammy, if merely to get used to the totally different playstyle the BB4 will require comapred to the fuso. Better be a failure at it in a PBB than in a BB4, as you'll scrap the team balance lot more in the later being a noob at the playstyle.
At higher level, I found the B65 to be fun to play, as the spread tighten up, and its speed is quite nice with a decent turnrate and range. but we are talking near SY level, sadly. But ive done some nice 150k+ game with it, and one or two 200k+. Says something giving how little I played the ship at that level.
