I am happy to announce the following NF Decal Event winners as selected by fellow NF

The winners list may differ from what you may have expected as we took steps to remove
votes made by multiple dummy accounts. We can understand that players may have wanted to
help their friends, but we wanted a fair event for all. In that same spirit, we also
disqualified candidates who did not adhere to all of the event rules noted at the start of
the event.
