What does it mean? Did I lose an event where you could buy more vets than the standard 100?

Subs are only easy to kill if they're distracted, and the rewards for killing them need to
be non-negative.

On a related note, how about EDDs (sort of like ECLs)? I'd rather not have to pay a few
bucks for a premium DD. >_>

Why bother trying to kill an over powered sub? You can pretty much broadside shoot
them 2 times in a BB5 and they still live. Why not just use your ammo on, say, my
squishy H39? Much better off.

But yes, subs are rediculous. They will probably never balance them, just like they
have never fixed the zoom bug...
