I went with the following:

I think I should of went with a Seaman and 2 Repairers though, in case I want to go with
the CV line later.

as i only want to reach alsace, my setup is
1 bo (maybe a second 1 for the other line, if iam bored enough

i know, that i will hit the 900 sd with this, cause at the moment my crew is all around 70-77 and on
paris i have 850 sd or some like that

Well from what I remember one of the testers saying about France is that you'll hit the
ship cap with even a single engineer. Having more than one will increase the time, yes,
but not necessarily the speed much. You'll hit the cap fast no matter what.

That being said, I have 4 reps, and 2 engies, 2 12/10 gunners and 2 11/11 gunners (for
main and AA guns). 1 scout, and, (I know it can't use guns but it does enhance AAW
theoretically) 1 AAW gunner.

Also, 2 BO setup by classing 2 pot14/15 sailors as MN but only 1 as BO means you can lvl
up 2 BOs at the same time up to the CL split and then class the 2nd as a BO. Instant
dual-line split so you can play the Jeanne or Emile up to whichever BB line you choose. Or
even build a CV/SS line at the same time as a BB line, whichever you like to do.
