billy333	as title, i dont see it run fast, it is more worse than any other nations bb, right now, i have the stras now but it only run 38 for max speed, and i feel said about what the new letter said about french," fast speed"

DementedMind	3 engineers? you need 4 to 6 for BB5 at level to hit speedcap anytime soon.

richardphat	You expect to speedcap with 3 engineers at level? You will need to lvl them to 70-80. With 4 engineers, then yes, you could speedcap it.

Stormvanger	Well the BB2 certainly speed cap quickly, but the BB3 and up take a bit more uber crew to hit the cap. Be patient and you'll get performance out of them.

richardphat	May this formula help you asnwering your future fastest speed I dont know which one you are more comfortable so I'll give both. In math Speedcap=[1,7base speed] In programmation such as turbo pascal or maple Speedcap:=trunc(1.7base speed); Example base speed is 27 Speedcap=[27*1,7]=[45,9]=45
