I love my little terror boat..packed with BB5 Gunners and Support-Crew you will kill
anything that gets into your range - only on BBs you'll need some more salvos

Full salvo on L2 = 8k attack

I always thought that the main advantage to the PCLs was their size. Being so
somall they are hard to hit. That has been my experience going against them. Even
in my PE with lvl 57 gunners with 90vets it is hard to get a salvo on the little
monsters.

Kberg is the ONLY CL1 able to use the nation CA guns (8"N even fit with correct ammo)

Mpro has smaller R mount, but one additional mount, for true CA firepower, at a lesser
range. but even KM lesser range = range of ALL other nation CLs and even some CA. MN CA
cannot touch a KM CL using the 6,75s L or the 8" D (from what I remember both have bout
the same range).

Difference is the 8" hit lots harder.

But there IS some fun to be had with a tiny little ship that spam 5,9s like mad. That
said, is it useful other than the fun factor? No. contrary to other prem ship, you do not
have an additionnal squad compared to the nation CL-class. the R mount are bigger, but you
still cannot mount any CA gun that the CL cannot already mount (contrary to USN Texas
accessin the triple 8") you just do so with more ammo. And honestly, 4 barrel of KM 8" is
a bit limit as far as firepower goes...a z99 broadsiding you would maybe take the cake.

on another note, funny sight: Bayern with single 11". Gun bigger than the ship ftw. But
again, lack of damage output. For this the bayern is better with 3x5,9L in my mind.

M Project, with the possible exception of Mogami, is the best CL in the game. Learn
to use range. Anyway, it can fit 4 5.9" triples as opposed to the 2 on Bayern. Against
95% of blitz ships, you have the best range, so you shouldn't need to take hits.
Bayern is too slow; M Project is pretty fast.

actually KM CL's are horrible against other CL's, you can't take a hit at all, not to
mention the PCL gets the 5.9 trips which are easy to get a near block shot. and you can
take more of a hit with that then the M Pro or other CL's

If you're going to use it as a escort I recommend Atlantis APA. That thing rocks.

you'd have to be crazy to buy a KM PCL when the KM cl's are SO MUCH BETTER than everything
else out there.
