US/Allied supports on French ships.

Ramp4ge	Works. Small-moderate ability hit, but I'm cruising around with a 800 SD Suffern that speed caps for 5 minutes and has 150/s repair. So if you're lazy like me and don't feel like BVEing an entire support crew, and have high-level allied supports, it works. Everything caps anyway.

Shigure	I've got a lvl 88 US rep and a lvl 102 US engy on my Paris but the rest of the support and T slots have got MN supports working up. They really do help but I want a full MN crew for the later BBs.

Stormvanger	Ah, but can allied crew hit the caps on the Alsace? You don't want to nerf yourself on the endgame ships...

Emma9	Been using a couple high level KM or IJN engies on my French BBs since I first got them. It helps a little.

heatrr	Yeah, I found this out some time ago, just never got around to post such an observation here. I would add that I currently have MN sailors on my UK Dunkie and they are getting mad exp, as well.

richardphat	I ditch some km engies on those boat, and the speed boost was very noticeable. Going from 54 to 58 OH on algerie with 1-2 engies. Meh, better than a lvl 60 mn engie no bve.
