Dont feel bad. I have b/v/e crew lvl 75-92. In the H39, I have a measly 750SD. Elite
Gunners, BO, and 2 Rep (which might be my problem). KM just doesnt have good SD.
Just how the nation is.

If you follow the advice on boosts, vets and experts, you can do alot better. My AD
has the same crew setup, about the same crew levles, and I have about 750 SD. My
crew is fully BVE. It makes a huge difference.

your set up is perfect, i didnt hit 900 sd till i was a few lvls away from a monty, also
if you dont have bve then get bve, but all in all it will hurt you more later if you spec
for sd as a lower lvl

LVL up, get another engineer, buy boosts and vets.

If you dont like buying the best way to get vets ist to convert the experts, since you
gain more experts when having more rookies. Always have all Sailors filled up with max crew.

I sure hope you have 2 AA gunners - but i guess you do.
If your short on money at least try to get boosts for the engineers.

For BB, as you can read in many threads, you want
1 BO
2 Gunner
2 AA Gunner
5 Engineers
3 Repairer
1 Scout

Your loss.

You'll have a sailor on your BB4 that is little more than an heavy empty spot.

they took away xpert whoring mission sadly. So the only way to gather expert is really
AAing a LOT or opening the purse.

If you have no problems giving SDE money, expert packs. If you do have problems with
that, AA.

but wats the best way to gain expert?
