tbh I do not think it has an effect, or gun would "block" sooner when the ship is unmoving. not firing perfectly in a broadside position tough might bring the illusion to a "worse" spread but as your spread tighten, you clearly see its just that the front and rear gun suddenly have differente distance to travel to your intended target, and should they be fired at the same angle, one will either be too short or too long.
KM 8" are surprisingly effective. While they do not "block" like USN or UK, they hit pretty hard and reload the fastest at level, due to KM still enjoying benefit from its gunner's growth advantage. I've recorded 2 6k broadside with my AH using 8" C/34 N (2nd set of 8") with LHE of course.
5,9 are impressing by their fire rate, but their main use is like the USN brooklyn: noob raping.
A decent CA of any nation (safe MN maybe. 5,9 L range nearly range their CAs...lol) will simply keep you at bay while they happily tear you apart with their range, escaping any retaliation you send their way.
