Of course, Bismarck should use 14.96''. Triple 11'' is for P/O project.

bissy set 14.96 max range is about 38-39 degree on the 11'' trips, however the hang time
gives it a lot of space to exploit the advantage.


Personally i would use the 14.96 as they provide both range and fire power (against other
BB3s)

however in BB123 situations where you're going against another bissy using 14.96, 11''
would have the upper hand

The 11" have a bit more range.

The 14.96" have a lot more firepower.
