all nation have "DP guns" safe MN.

However only IJN and KM are worth it.

KM DP (or rapid fire) are simpler tough, as they are well done class-wise. You class on
time, and get rld buff quite nice.

IJN AA classing super-nerf the growth (shown ability) and the sailor growth (# of rookies
you gain per level on it) only manage to catch up to that lost at chief DP classing.

So should you go IJN, keep your "AA" as armory sailor till at least 60, and its suggested
to keep them armory till 80-85 so they give the same true ability but less weight.

USN dont have "special" DP gun (like the KM 40 or 3,46 C/32) just, if you class AA, you
get "A version" of NLD...all of which aint worth the fat ability nerf it receive. Use rld
gunners for AA.

UK AA isnt worth it in my mind. But those who use it class AA due to the lolz of the
Pompom. I dont find them useful enough tough. But thats me.

SHould you DO wish do use AA, its doable, but remember UK AA guns are heavy and you'll
lose speed. Go rld and use the RP10s.

For more precision refer to their specific subforum. As far as IJN AA goes and USN one
there are complete stickies bout them I think.

I stand corrected. Is this a KM sailor only situation? I know that for RN they reccomend
NOT classing as AA gunners.

yes u need a AA GUNNER for that. what i did was to level him in a neutral ASW ship
(frigate y ).took abt 3 days to do so.

Yep - get some +11 or +12 reloaders, class as AA Gunners, and promote on time. Profit.

Dp can be only used by ''anti- aircraft sailor'' such as rapid fire, Dp gunners and AA
gunners only.

Regular gunners can't use DP guns because DP guns requiere DP ability and only aa
gunners, dp gunners and rapid fire have.

As far as I know, any dedicated AA gun needs an AA gunner. DP guns can be used
by both AA and regular gunners.

Also, you'll want a high reload skill in addition to a high AAW. Reloading is AA's
lifeblood.

Thanks, I thought so, but couldn't find any prerequisites in the gun specs.
