Sorry if this has been asked before but iv been hearing different answers on this
question.
To halve the damage of torps iv heared answers of .2 - .4 which would be the exact
number for km?

I run 0.4, just to be on the safe side. I have yet to have it drop me down a knot in
speed; and if it did, I'd just drop one or two bulge.
