agree with Jryder and Helms, OII is better in GB, esp when your triple 14.96" go semi block -v-


Back to bissy, the low angle dual 14.96" gives u good range + good reload + good damage +
good at-lvl spread + easy to use. This make it a strong/best BB3.
The range, even that tiny range adv over the triple 14.96" is very handy.

However, it is not very effective to use AA on it. 3 T-slot per side gives u low AA power.
Besides, u cannot shoot those planes at your back due to the gun turning angle.
It seems to me that bissy is the weakest KM BB in AAing.

It used to be very tough to speedcap (and consequently was slow for many levels after you
got it) and have only one usable gun set: the Gneisenau's 11" C/34 L, which was
woefully inadequate in the GB environment, where absolute range isn't as important as
being able to do decent damage when the opportunity arises. In BB rooms, range is everything.

Now, the KM BB3 have their own proper gun sets, and I don't think I've seen an 11"
Bismarck in over a year. Gone are the days when KM was pretty much forced to use 11" for
30+ levels. Thank God.

Bismarck's a monster now. Range, speed, and the 14.96 hit hard AND reload really fast.
It's a pretty sweet ride, but it didn't used to be.

I'm with Jryder, the O2 is a better BB all-around. A tad less range, but more firepower to
make up for it (and 3-3---3 setup instead of 2-2---2-2), better speed, and most
importantly, way better AA.

Bismarck is still the king of BB123 rooms (if you can find 'em). O2's better-suited to the
GB environment.

the 14.96s pack more punch than the 11s but at a slight range cost. (you also get a
nice spread)

the 11s have a bit more range than the 14.96s and you have less firepower.. but
more shells/ammo. They are also affected more by physics and the spread is wider.
(reccommended for bb1-3 rooms)

the aa is ok... 3 slots per side makes it tougher to aa with.

she also gets some nice speed

(imo bissy was more fun before the patch)

Absolutely lovely ship. Unfortunately you won't be able to appreciate it QUITE as much
as those who played it before it was buffed. Pre-buff Bissy was a poor fat ship :(

Yes, the Bissy is pretty good and probably won't disappoint The 14.96" are fine and the
speed is OK (nothing special).

The best BB3? Probably not.

Having both the Bissy and the O2, I'll take the O2. With 1 more gun tube and 2 more kts at
the expense of a tiny fraction of range, the O2 is a better ride IMHO.

Then, of course, you have the POW. Off hand, I'd have to say that any BB3 which when using
only two turrets can still 2-shot an 850+ SD BB4 (H39-mine) probably deserves serious
consideration for the title. POW can go faster, take more damage, and dish out more damage
(depending on setup)-only lacking range to completely out class the Bissy.

Still, the Bismark is quite playable. Enjoy.

it's beast even with at level crew, i personally think at level performance bissy is way
better than H39

it's beast in GB, it's beast in BB123

14.96 are amazing and 11'' trip work nicely and give u a nice 12 shell broad side
