u can operate flak cannon with 1 gnr put him in the front slot he must be lvl 74

if u have a spare torp person at lvl 74 class him to gnr for the back flak cannon

the back and front torp only needs to be lvl 59

NO, u cannot operate flak guns w/o 2 gunners.

You can put reps and rests and gunners on the r-slots in any combination.

Of course the supports won't work as gunners but you can extend your sd or rep-rate.

If combined with a gunner, the gunner should be on the aft slot.

If level of supps is high enough 900 sd is no problem
