Nah, I screwed up and for some reason thought the "Boost" was just a flat +3 to the growth
and a corresponding increase in ability. Human error, mostly stemming from the fact that
I haven't and never will spend a penny on this game, thus I know next to nothing about
Premium items.

ferrard how did you calc the +rep from the boost anyways?
your math was correct up to the +3 for the boost. i believe you might have done an EU
boost at +10% instead of the NFNA boost which is +20%.

24 x 1.2 = 28.8
24 x 1.1 = 26.4
26 x 1.1 = 28.6
the 2 24s are both base 9 rep, while the 26 is the base 11 rep that you eluded to earlier.
did you use 1.1 instead of 1.2 for the boost in your calculation?

Okay then. Bad deal. Too late. Should still be relatively useful 'cuz it's at such a
high level with the good VE.

26 * 1.2(boost) =31.2

The sailor is base 9, 24 *1.2 = 28.8=29

Latest version of NFCalc says 9, and therefore it's base 9.

Not worth a lot, but you made up for the base with the 130 vets and 600 experts. Don't worry, you
can still reach repair cap if you have more supports and repairs.

Only explanation I can think of is that Trainworld might be out-of-date. I used the
Trainworld sailor charts and basic arithmetic.
