Everyday Party Event FAQ

With the beginning of last week for Everyday Party Event, we noticed that tickets for
event section has been increased than previous weeks. Therefore, I gathered some
frequently asked question that you might be wondering.

1. I sold my old PCL but cannot receive the new one. Why?
If you own already a PCL same with the prize, please sell the original ship 'before'
redeeming it from the website. (*NOT the in-game item panel)

2. I missed only one day, can this be covered?
Sorry but all battles are systematically counted and cannot be covered by contacting
a GM. Please wait for a further event.

3. Until when do I have to redeem my prize?
The event page will be last until the maintenance at 25th August. Please make sure
you have received all daily/weekly/monthly prizes before that.

4. I want to know the detail for EBB.
We will add the data for EBB to the website shipyard before end of event. You will be
able to refer the data before make your choose.


If there are answers we should add, please let us know.

Premium Invitational FAQ

We received several questions about the newly introduced Premium Invitation
System. Here are some answers you might be looking for.

Premium Invitation System FAQ

What is this?
When you purchase one month Premium Subscription, you'll receive three premium
invitation cards. Send the Invitation card to your friend's email which includes the
verification code and link for the premium invitation. Your friend will receive 2 weeks
of free Premium Subscription. After that, if your friend decides to keep on playing
NavyField with Premium Subscriptions, both you and your friend will receive several
gifts!

How and who can I invite?
If you have an invitation card, you can send the card to any email that is not already
registered in Navy Field. Your friend will be able to make a new account through the
link added on the invitation and 2 weeks of Premium Subscription will be given as
soon as the account is created successfully.

What are the gifts?
- Gift for you: You will be able to choose an EBB that you want, or select a pack of
premium item set we have prepared (Premium subscription / Experts / H.Q. and
more)
- Gift for your friend: Your friend will be able to choose one of the premium ships
that are currently sold in the N.F Store.

I'm already using Premium Subscription. Can I invite?
Already purchased Premium Subscriptions will get invitation cards following remaining
subscription. Days will be counted
- 1~30 days: 3 cards
- Over 31 days: 5 cards

Can sleeping accounts use the invitation system?
No. Sleeping accounts cannot invite friend or redeem a gift. However, if you purchase
a Premium Subscription, invitation cards will be given even if your account is in
sleeping status.

What happens when I want to refund?
Once you have used your invitation cards, you cannot refund the purchased
subscription. Also, if the invited friend has purchased 3 months of Premium
Subscription and you got qualified for a gift; your friend will not be able to refund
those subscriptions.

Where can I find this service?
You can find a new menu at our website under Account ?Premium Invitation.
Sending invitation cards, submitting invitation codes, and redeeming gifts are
available here.

My friend cannot submit his invitation code. Why?
To use the invitation code, your friend must register the new account with the same
email he/she has received the invitation card. So before sending an invitation card,
please make sure that you are sending the card to a valid address. Also, the new
account must be registered after the invitation card is sent.

Can I receive more than 1 gift?
If you invite more than 1 friend, you can receive a gift for every friend you have
invited. However, the EBB can be received only 1 time. If you are invited by more
than 1 friend, please chose one of them, since the 14 days Free Premium will be
registered only once on one account.

How long does this event last?
The new system is going to be introduced through our website at 13th May. We have
currently no fixed schedule to close this event, so take your time to find a friend who
will love NavyField.

I was invited, and now I want to invite another friend.
If you meet both requirements for invited AND invite, you can redeem gifts for both.
Please select the prior qualified gift first, and then the other one from the "Redeem
your gift" page.

I bought a Premium Subscription but the left invitation card
amount hasn't changed!
Invitation Cards will not stack over 5 cards. If you already have more than 2 cards,
check your remain cards and use them before purchasing a new Subscription. If you
purchase more than 2 months, please remind that the maximum account is always
five. We cannot help for lost cards over stack limit.

How about gifted Subscriptions?
You cannot receive invitation cards from gifted Subscriptions. If you want to send out
invitations, you have to purchase and use your Premium Subscription. If you are
invited from a friend, you have to use 3 month of Premium Subscription to get an
additional gift. This can be either purchased or received as gift.
