don't waste time with DP guns if the role you are looking for is AA.

(in short, generally don't bother with DP guns, notmentioning since you'll probably point
your main battery against DD's aswell as bigger ones).

2nd set of 5" AA gun used to hit navy small ship, with AA gunner but HE ammo.
1st set has a good reloading speed, but Air only.

Thus, 2nd set of 5" is used in very special case.

For example, high level Gunner weight like doubled to AA gunner.
