lvl 59 X3 11"/54.5 SK C/34 versus lvl 46 X3 11"/52 SK C/28 L

Are the 2nd set of trip 11 N's a useable option if you can only carry 2 binds of ammo?.
The 1st set trip 11L gives 4 binds, 300T lighter, higher velocity, 0.68 sec faster
reload & faster turning speed.
The 2nd set L's have slightly more dmg & small range increase (how much?).

I realise the P Pro is primarily a support ship in GB's, but is 2 binds enough if there's
an opportunity to engage CA's & BB1's for a duration?.

PS - will be using P Pro in GB only with km40 for AA.
