I am wondering what the optimal setup for armour on the doria is? I know you need 0.2 or
0.3 or somthing like that of belt and deck. what is the best armour setup?

i suggest putting 0.6" of Belt. there is an extensive guide on How to Effectively
Buldge your ship in the Tip and Tactics sections.
0.2" is good, but 0.6" maximizes the damage reduction allowing you to
stand 1-2 more torps before dying.

.2 belt and bulge. Belt is ACTUALLY VERIFIED to reduce torp damage, while everything
else, besides bulge of course, is pure speculation.

For almost every KM BB, I'd suggest running 0.2" belt and as much bulge as you can fit
without losing a knot of speed. The 0.2" belt helps reduce torpedo damage. Bulge does the
same thing. You won't really be able to effectively armor whore your ships (O-Pro being a
possible exception), so a minimalist approach to it will help you get as much speed as you
can.

There are some suggestions of running 0.2 - 0.4" deck and belt, as well as 2-4 bulkhead as
a way of cutting down on crew death, but I have yet to see any evidence that this does
indeed do anything. This greatly reduces the amount of bulge you can carry before losing
speed, so I stick with the previous suggestion.
