Class engys on time and try to make as much vets as u can (or buy them), they will greatly increase
your sd (2-4 or more sd points/10 vets).

If your are looking to add extra support for higher lvl ship, you may consider my
suggestion as below:

Engineer stat
Eng base: +12 or +11 (you will gain +2 when class as KM sailor, so it will be +14 or
+13 Eng ability)
Repair base: +11 Must have ( as you can see KM repairer gain rate is the lowest
nation, repair rate in Engineer is VERY CONSIDERABLE)
Restall base: +10 should pass the mark
*I think is not too hard to roll Engineer 11/11.*


Repairer only use ELITE.

Use Sailor Boost for all support.

I'm at H39 with 8 elite BVE'd support sailors and still not maxed SD, I get close but not
maxed.

This is really the best choice. OH time isn't capped, and you generally can't get enough
to last an entire battle. Repair can be capped by carefully planning ahead on support
choices and repair stats. SD will take care of itself eventually. (Though even BVE'd,
you might not hit 900 before you have a BB4)

Ask Lukas about the sorts of repair stats he looks for with his crews. >_>

the only thing i can think you would want to class late is maybe fighters if that is still
applicable.
