two very diffrent ships york is a ca. and uses ca guns, the furious is very much a BB, i
know it says CA and yea it gets sunk like a CA too, but it has some incredible fire
power. when your gunners are like 55 your furious will be unstoppable. only if they
are acc. unstopable in a blitz ;)

do not use it in a GB, is not much fun at all. well its upto you really, i didnt enjoy the
furious in a gb, i was trying to kill BB'S and the furious range is pathetic. it works well
against DD'S and CL'S and load your t slots with depth charges and fill out that
bulge. the AA int that great.

I belive that you will earn more exp in the furious by the fact is a prem ship, i dont have a
furious myself but i strongly belive in this >.>

Furious has BB FCS, so you blockshot with the 8" Trips earlier. Put them on, put a bunch of
deck armour on, and laugh your way to level 60.

I would go with the Furious due to the extra support slot, thus you can save time earning
exp for another sailor. If you are playing in Blitz you're getting shared exp anyways so
why not sacrifice one turret for the extra support slot and exp. Also you will have less
of an exp penalty due to the level of your sailors on the Furious as opposed to the York.

furious = aa and more support slot + bonus exp = win

york = yay high dmg + skillful playing = double win

York in Blitz, PCA in GB. Although I'd suggest you play both in both - more fun that way :P

Erm... dont listen to the last guy..

The york is a beast of a CA and with a good set up is able to eat its way through a blitz
and produce some funny moments in GB2s

Its size speed and fire power are all better than the furious with the sort of lvl crew
your going to be using. Youll soon be getting a tight spread on the trip 8s and then once
youve zeroed in your gun ranges youll be laughing.

Dont get me wrong the furious is a wonderful ship with a top end blitz crew and is a good
laugh in GBs but the York wins hands down in the blitz environment your playing in.

since the york is a lvl 40 ship, when you hit 49+ you get a exp penalty (not a big one
but you get one).

in the long run the furious will serve you better with a decent AA battery and an
extra support slot. plus the higher lvl will allow you to use it at higher lvls without a
too great penalty as you would with the york.

personally ive done all my grinds (york to repulse(skipped the renown) and county
to revenge) in the furious.

so if i were you i would take the furious.
