I'll simply train 2 BOs until Fuso level or something. The gunners and the scout are
always on. Rest is kept on equal levels and I keep switching them around. AA gunners I
train using my Moltke, because it's faster. The plan there is to have them at about lvl90
as soon as possible so I can get to use the awesome AA battery. Btw my BOs are Myoko lvl
atm too.

Basically yep. Or you could level, let's say, 2 engies and 2 reps at the same time and
then level the other supports later on. You always have to take the ship level into
account. Once your crew improves in terms of levels, they will receive less and less XP
on the Myo so you might want to switch ships and figure out where and when they receive
the most XP. AFAIK the crew level shouldn't be way higher or lower than +/- 11 levels from
the actual level that is required to control the ship.

so you recommend me using only 1 ship and do something like this...
split crew into 2 teams (for example engies in team 1 and reps in team 2) and just switch
teams every now and then..

It depends on how many sailors you have in those both crews. If you need both crews to
fully operate a sY (with all the proper support sailors) you should take turns in
levelling them. It's a pain but with an AA ship it won't be that bad.
