Would the lv 74 20mm Flak U with HE shells be good on the Z1 R slots X 5? i think it
would be fun. Also would you be able 2 do good damage?

I can fit my AA gunners on a Z1 and they are BB5 level.

Displacement issues with level 74 gunners on a level 12 ship would be non-trivial. Also,
AFAIK, those guns don't show up in the gunlist (so you can only use them on the U-flak)
