the more repairs you have the beter your repair is..up to rep cap.
I suggest read a few BB guides posted in this section of forum...
short story....min of 2 elite repairs(super vetted) is needed for rep cap..asuming your
other crew doesn't suck...
if your not gona supper vet....get 3-4 repairs with 100 vets.
what ever you do...DO NOT replace your repair with a restorer -.-, restorer's are only
good in starting to mid lvl's...after lvl 80...you don't need a restorer if your crew
doesn't suck...you should have 900 SD at lvl 80-90 with decent crew with NO
restorer...if not sooner....
