ixixi	why the aiming line is so short...., or this is just normal? lv95 BO on Normandie, a lv65 ship, with 13.4"*4 gun.

UmbralRaptor	checks the crew numbers So he did. I guess he's looking at about 70% true ability he would have with a properly leveled BO? (Or more like <60% if the properly leveled one had ~100 vets?)

richardphat	I think he power leveled him to 95 actually, just quick used of NF calc, and ironically the combo of sailors matched, and the displayed ability was very close to each other.

phm96	Burn more vet will do. Vet ability is 4x expert ability, don't worry of losing expert.
