1. Sale price on the trade system will now be punctuated with comma.

2. Some minor issues on the trade system has been fixed.
- Level 1-10 has been removed from the search option.
- Display issue on sailor NP bar has been fixed.
- Typo on sale registration panel has been fixed.

3. The sailor requirement for the Bridge Operator slot on the EBB1 will become same
as other Premium ships.

4. Premium ships can not leave the shipyard while a sailor with different nation is on
the Bridge Operator slot.

5. Sound issue for aircraft crashing has been fixed.
