indy should be on the french line according to lease because dixmude is just an english
escort carrier given to french navy.

SDE overlooked the fact that the French Navy was leased by the United States 2
Independence Class Carriers (USS Langeley CVL-27 , and USS Belleau Wood CVL-24). Therefore
it should have been as follows:

CV1: Dixmude
CV2: Independence Class
CV3: Bearn
CV4: Joffre
CV5: Arromanches
CV6: Clemenceau

MN does have a CV5 its the arromanches, they just dont have a CV3 they go from the
CV2 bearn or w/e to the CV4 joffre. the arromanches is like level 97 and its stats are
also on par with other nations CV5.
