I meant the level 17 4.1s (golden angle 34). By the time the 4.1" A are available, he
should have a CA, if not a BB1.

I'd reccomend leaving the hedgehogs off if you're going to drive it until the emden,
though. (Displacement is limited in DD1s...)

its like raptor said. build the 4.1 aa guns (golden angle 32? or the 3.46 aa guns (golden
angle 36? on the ship. maybe use some waterbombs on tslots and drive this konfiguration
until you reach emden. this shall be the fastest way

This ship need no tactics, it couple games, and change to another ship.

In GB, AA with the dual 4.1" N/D, or the dual 3.46" A. Small ships can only reasonably
expect substantial attack in blitz.
