dont use him for an engy, rolling a base 11 eng with 11/12 rest would be better.

problem with restorer's is they need to be 80+ to get any benefit and even then are
only effective in certain situations. so raise it early if your gona do it at all.

but they can be useful for cvs and ss's till their crews can do it alone. also in HA's,
leagues, matches, etc where different ship setups are used than gb's. and u can
always throw it on an escort ship for gb use.

Unclassed sonar & planesman help a lot.

Not my crew, but 900 SD on a sub without a restore.

An Elite Restorer or a 11Repair/12 Restorer can both be very useful once they get above
Level 70.

Great to use on a SS3/4 or any CV to Boost SD.

Only BOs can be used for actual CVs...

I'd rather not see a PCV with lv 60 FPs.

Restorer is useless for BB, but could be used in CA/CL...
Or you could use it as CV captain.

Go with either 4/4 engie rep or 5/3 (plus 1 scout in both cases)

Restores are useless. While it will help in the short term, it'll be a huge disadvantage in
the long term.
