when you say "3000", what does that mean exactly? Displayed ability is meaningless in this
discussion. What you need to do is calculate the true ability.

Now if you fill your vets up to 100, top off your experts, and boost your gunners you will
be blockshotting with 8" if thats what you are looking to do. Capped or not you wont have
a great spread with the 12" or 14" till later on anyway.

acc cap comes in 70s. but your spread really depends on the level of the gunners, not the cap
