Dland gives you: PPro (good), PPro2 (ungood), Opro (plusgood), Opro II
(doubleplusgood)

Hipper gives you: Prinz Eugen (ungood), Scharnhorse (no comment), Gneisenau (good),
Bismarck (plusgood)

It's not about which ship is better, but about which LINE. I would say that Dland is
better, because Opro II has 1 more support slot than Bismarck. That's it.

Ive used both.
DLand if you have good main gunners 2 trip 11" and the AA owns. Good range too. Its a
poor man's moltke!
Hipper has a huge lack of range compared to DLand. I did not like it at all.

you better go down..deutchland bites..has more fire power..but if you want the bissy..then
why go down..

Level 2 BOs, and go both. Your gunners and engineers (and later repairers) will thank you.

hipper = 4x2 8" guns
Dland = 2x3 11" guns + okay-good AA slots

But depends if ur going cv or bb line

Hipper= cv line + Scharn- BSM line ( BB)
Dland = P project - O project Line

Personal Opinion:
If ur going BB and have like $6.99 lying around choose either one that interests you
and get ur bo to lvl 65 then buy the AD to train ur crew till BB4 Because the Grind in
those ships are ....... not for the weak hearts.

If ur going CV line prepare some pilots for ur cv and hop on the Hipper Line

Km cv may look like it suks but trust me
1st (T3)- 2nd(T4) in Ftrs ( my opinion and cuz of US t4s. ) 3rd in DB Dmg

But downside is Only 5+1 cvs in the whole line( appreciate it cuz km never had cvs
IRL and we're lucky that they even put in cvs for us.)

if you have high lvl gunners, go Dland. if you dont go the hipper. the Dland Has a
better AA battery and 11in guns, the Hipper has a smaller aa battery and 8in guns.
id recommend hipper if u dont have high lvl gunners. So go hipper then start another
bo and go Dland. youll have your crews higher up in no time. just have fun.
