UmbralRaptor	If you have mines, take them off, then try reloading the torpedoes. Keep in mind that you can never have more than 1 salvo. Also note that loading torpedoes on 0 torpedo space ships has always been a bit glitchy. And generally a bad idea.

Compassghost	If you do somehow manage to put them on, people will laugh at you. People rarely use torpedoes on their Brooklyns because of the weight and poor usage in general of USN torpedoes.
