Honestly, UK AA is a speciality, you need to work damn hard at being a UK AA whore,
and be good at it.
as for UK AA on BBs. probably not worth it till L2 and even then. you're better off
getting more engineers for the BB (naturally shift rep &/or rest to ship slot and
engineers onto dock).....
only guns I would consider using are 5.25 Dual Purpose guns, as in this sense
(unless fixed) they can use HE as well AS AA shells, unlike any other nation/s A type
guns can....
or Pom Poms... but they are still pretty much near useless anyway...
