The Speed that Pilots Load never changes no matter what Level they are.

If you have a CV that can Launch 6 Planes at a time. It will take a long time to load 6
planes on 1 Pilot.

If you load 2 planes each on 3 Pilots then launch, they launch in close to 1/3 the time of
only 1 Pilot. 2/2/2 loads faster than 6.

Most IJN Players will eventually want 6 or 8 Fighter Pilots, Level 12 or 13 - Do not CLASS
them ever past the 1st Fighter Pilot.

Most IJN Players want 4, 6, or 8 TBombers or DiveBombers or a mix. DBs are easier to
drive,
IJN has really good ones. TBs become immune to most AA Fire when they get up past Level 90.
10/12 or 11/12 or 12/12 or 9/13 is best for TBs and DBs, I like 11/12s
fight/bomb.. becasue I use the TBs to kill Scouts on the way home if I see an Enemy Scout.

I have IJN CV 3 w/ 5ftr pilots 4 dbs, and 2 tbs. Usually the lack of ppl on makes it so
you can equipe according to what others are doing and what other cvs are on. If low
lvl cvs are on I'll maybe go 4 ftrs(tier2) 2 dbs or 1db/1tb. But if high lvl cv are on I
usually play defensive, 2-3 ftrs, mix dbs/tbs, and if im not flag( ...rarely) protect flag
or bb5,6 with locals.

having more pilots lets you prepare planes faster, cause even when you still can only prepare 10 at
once, preparing 3+3+4 will be faster over 5+5 for example

You can not prepare more planes at a time than the max launch capacity of your carrier allows.

But you can prepare again once your flight takes off.

For example, in a CV3 you can launch 4/4 on two pilots and then prepare another 4/4. Once
you launch them you will have a total of 16 planes in the air.

umm yes u can load max plane again if ur planes hav allrdy taken of but if ur planes are
still on the "stack" u cant load plane. lol XD

i did, so the more planes we have the faster it will take off since it doesnt stack..
but i cannot prepare planes more than the max. planes in air right?
