The accuracy is capped.
Having 200 vets and hoping to have epic spread on Elite Accuracy gunners means jack squat.
Hell even a modded gunner with 999999 ability and 99999 vets will have the same spread as
a base 10 gunners bve for example at lvl 120.

Now, if someone put 200 vets on gunners because he wants to trim is gunner much more
efficiency. That is another story.

It is a reason why spread can't be taken as average even if you have like 400 vets on your
gunners. The only guns you can take average are the blockshot guns, such as quad 14", and
those 6", or high accuracy revision gun, etc.

Unless you are using 120 ebve 200 vvet gunners for all ships, i think it is neccesary
to take an Average of the range.

You cant take averages when measuring range...

Because you never have a blockshot spread with 90% of the gun in NF. Shells will
always fall further or shorter, hence, the reason of first lvl jump and second level
jump.

Main range, is where the majority of the shells will land.

The first lvl jump gives you an idea, that the shells will land in that zone frequently.

The second lvl jump gives you an idea, that the shells will, from time to time, land in
that zone. The chance to get the 2nd is more tiny than the first one.
However, if you took it to extreme, you can use it to outrange some ship that is
supposed to have much more range than you do.

from east to west or west to east.
