It depens of the lvl.
PBB lvl 65, EBB1 lvl 62, EBB2 lvl 70, EBB3 lvl 80
The premiun ship for many are better than event i prefer cahnge oins for premium ships for
gain more exp for my BB tree and CV

dont run O1's in BB AW setup, you can easily run the CA instead, the 2 single 11's
are a joke anyways..

getting extra AA guns on those slots makes you a usefull AA ship that can cut short
any rushing BB (because you still know your short angles from back in blitz and the
BB will miss a couple of shots in the short angle, if you dont forget to manouvre a bit)

fielding an O1 is a wasted BB slot that, as a CA, can function just as well (better at
AA), and grants your side an extra BB!

If the EBB3 is an upgrade from the EBB2 with 3x trip 15 L's & speed its surely worth
getting one, but the question remains; wouldnt you rather get 2 PBB?

note:
if you say you'r now a GZI, i'd suggest getting a PCV/PBB, hindy is way more
powerfull than any PBB and you can still get yourself a PBB for the hard low lvl BB
grind.

It's a grind breaking fun setup, nothing more, guicifer and me are talking about
fictorushing setups, not about the best effective setup.

Guicifer : to try AW O1 with high lvl crew you must reduce crew number to 1 gunner 3 engys
2 reps or sth like that...

Do you guys know what will be the required BO level for EBB3?

If you want to use the PBB as a crutch, you no longer will be aloud to whine if you have
problems with the H39 or H44.

I'm fine with my bigger, fatter ship that has more range, better spread, higher damage,
faster speed and more scouts.

Andrea Doria only has 1 quality that makes it good, it's nothing like any other KM ship,
it has the fastest turn rate of any KM BB's, it is tiny, you can't one shot a 900SD Andrea
Doria with anything less than a Montana. the O Pro's are the Iowa of the KM line. 3 guns,
fast, you can rush with the main 2 and swing around the aft end to hit with the 3rd. Op2
is far better than Andrea Doria. Better spread too PBB's have terrible spread if you don't
have 100+ elites or +12's.
