Must buff. Nerf everything else.

I personally like the main guns it comes with, you can slay just about any BB123 and I
was able to go 1v1 against a Alsace. Being that the Mandel is quick and hard to hit with
long reaching guns and decent firepower and spread, it is a very capable ship.

I just love it, its the funnest ship to play and is now my favorite. It sometimes feels so
wrong, like when subs first came out...

It's an excellent Anti-Aircraft platform. I run it with the Quad 5.1's on the R slots and the
3.5" Model 1929 Duals on the T slots. With my 120 Gunners it is excellent and it just
spams shells the way it should.

12-15k per salvo although at lvl you can expect an avg of 3-4 actual shells out of 8
landing due to the nature of the spread. Not that great but with a higher lvl crew...

Feels like a mini Vanny with the added bonus of ppl still ignoring you in favor of another BB.
