1. What is wrong with them as of now, would classing them before fixed mess anything
up or would they be reset anyway.

2. I noticed that all of the sailors have base stats of 0, how do you all plan to make it so
that we would be testing with sailors that have legitimate bases.

3. Would you all mind if we had some FF wars before the sailors are fixed and before
the Soviet Navy is implemented
